Without viewing the document, the status changes to "viewed".
As per my observation, at the time of preview with edit an offer letter document, you are updating the status to viewed at DMS.
Environment: Preprod - OneIM
API: candidate/custom/document/create
- Able to get link
- Link opened successfully

Also, please let us know if logs inputs are still required.

Concern : Without viewing the document, the status changes to "viewed".
Cause : check was missing for who viewed the document. Even when admin view the document, it was updating the status as viewed .
Correction : Added condition for not updating status when document viewed by admin.
