3C's :

Concern : For candidate, if no documents sent then getting message "System cannot load document templates" on login.
Cause : Condition was not handled if sent document count is zero and hence its was throwing exception.
Correction : Added condition for sent document count = zero so it will not throw exception.

Browser: FF and Chrome

No, error for System cannot load template.

Refer screen capture. So, marking jira done.
