Steps;
1. Admin login
2. create Template > File Type > HTML
3. Don't Map fields
4. Create Template
5. Template Library > edit
6. Map fields
7. Update Templates
Issues:
1. Error message displayed for not able to edit template.
2. Also now edit template name, error message of point 1 displayed. But template hot saved with new name.

Concern:
Form fields are not populating when HTML File is uploaded on Create Document Template Page.
Cause:
In Agular app, one of the properties inside the file-upload component was not set correctly due to which fields are not populating.
Correction:
We have set this property updated correctly.
Priya Dhamande, Now Jira Ticket DMS-1814 is deployed so you will be able to test this JIRA.

The issue is resolved and verified. Refer screen capture. So, marking jira done.
Unable to test due this jira. As HTML forms fields are not populating.
