Hi All,

I did an analysis of candidate pages into the system and figured out areas where date-time was displayed from the server. the date-time returned from the server was UTC global consolidated time, We converted the date-time to browser-specific zone local time using moment.js now the dates are rendered in local time. Narendra Kumar, I have raised PR for same under DMS-1776 branch please verify this code change.
