I have given a fix for the Admin Signer page for UTC to browser local time zone conversion. please verify this PR DMS-1777 & let me know if any suggestions for code improvement.

Hi Akash Thakur,

You need to consider UTC to browser local time zone conversion for all pages and for the date as well. Currently, its implemented on the Candidate Profile admin view only.

Please do suggested changes.

Will update the changes for dates also in admin pages as requested & let you know once PR is updated.

Verified this on Pre-prod and Production:

Steps followed:

1. Login using cbuser
2. Navigate to 'signers' page.
3. Select signed narendra narendra
4. Please refer the screenshot,

Verified highlighted date in database, It is showing '2019-09-17 06:29:17', which is UTC datetime and on UI its is showing IST.

Result : Working as expected.
