Verified this on Pre-prod and Production:

Steps followed:

1. Login using cbuser
2. Navigate to 'signers' page.
3. Select signed narendra narendra
4. Please refer the screenshot,

Verified highlighted date in database, It is showing '2019-09-17 06:29:17', which is UTC datetime and on UI its is showing IST.

Result : Working as expected.

Hi Akash Thakur,

You need to consider UTC to browser local time zone conversion for all pages and for the date as well. Currently, its implemented on the Candidate Profile admin view only.
