Need to ensure that Signatures do not link to the User, but rather the document. Need to have exceptions for if they sign but the same offer document is updated and requires the signature again. This behavior should be the same if previewing or opening.

If I send an offer letter to a candidate that already has signed a form, the candidate's signature populates in the preview. This can't happen.

   • Send an offer to a candidate
   • Candidate signs offer
   • Candidate gets new offer
   • Recruiter selects preview and send
   • Signature appears in the preview
