Swapnil Pandhare : As of now we have added if conditions in SP to accommodate changes, but as a permanent solution we need to think of another way because if entries in Tableref increases then this SP would again need changes.

Please ensure that all mapped table and related tables have entries in DB.

If entries are not there, PDF field will be populated blank.

Also ensure that, you are uploading document in Action required section to send mail. As mentioned in other jira, if this document is not uploaded, mail will not be sent.
