Scenario :
Open the template library from CBAT.
Click on the action for any template and then try to open any of the template from the list. The template won't open.
It is only working when the action is not clicked.
Environment: Preprod
Login: Admin
Browser: FF and Chrome
Page: Template Library
The issue is resolved, Now, all templates on Template Library are editable. refer screen capture.
So, marking jira done.
Shamooka Mohapatra, can you please confirm the same.
Priya Dhamande, Now i am able to open the templates.
In case of the template that is already mapped, it was discussed that the edit option will be greyed out in action and earlier it was implemented too but i think it is reverted.

Hi Samir,
I have reverted changes that we made for the disable edit feature. Now we can again edit any of the documents.
