Following mappings are not picking up data on DMS form - can you check?
Start Date - this should be mapped to Assignment.Effective Start Date
Zip Code - Person.Postal Code
Preferred Name - Person.Preferred Name
Just replicated this. I have created a template “Test Offer Letter V1.1” and mapped Assignment.Effective Start Date, Person.Postal Code and Person.Preferred Name.
I cannot see the mapped value at the time of previewing the document.
I have also observed couple of issues :
- I can see repeated fields in the list.
→ For Preferred Name - there are 2 items “Person.Preferred Name” and “Profile.Preferred Name”.
→ Same for Hiring Manager - “Assignment.HiringManager” and “Position Description.Hiring Manager”. The “Position Description.Hiring Manager” is sent from CBAT.
→ I can see “Person.City” 2 times.
- Some mapped fields that are sent from CBAT are not shown in the system field list.
All the fields need to be checked.
