      Environment: Preprod
      Login: Admin
      Browser: FF and Chrome

      After uploading HTML file forms fields are not populating.

          Hi Raj Hawaldar,
          As per the your changes in jira branch DMS-1502, the HTML fields are not populating after upload.
          Please check the scenario and if you need any help let me know.

          Concern:

          Form fields are not populating when HTML File is uploaded on Create Document Template Page.

          Cause: 

          In Agular app, one of the properties inside the file-upload component was not set correctly due to which fields are not populating.

          Correction: 

          We have set this property updated correctly.
