      Login: Candidate
      File Type: PDF, TEXT and HTML
      Browser: FF and Chrome

      Steps:
      1. Existing Candide Login [Who has already signed documents]
      2. Review and Sign
      3. Select document
      4. Click Signature component
      5. Signature Library option missing

      Refer screen capture.
