      Description

      I am not receiving email after sending/ resending an offer letter/document.

          We are not getting exact cause of this issue. We have added logs into system.
          Also added one flag in API Config file "UseCommunication".

          UseCommunication = 1 : Will use communication API.
          UseCommunication = 0 : DMS will send mail using send grid.

          Login: Candidate
          File Type: PDF, TEXT and HTML

          Able to receive emails for all file type and on preprod and Production.

          Refer screen capture. So, marking jira done.
