1.Loginwith admin
2.Create HTML document
3.Send Forms > Enter email address
4.Error received to preview the document

Note : Able to preview and send document for PDF and Text document without any error

Hi All,

Please find below 3C's

Concern: HTML preview now working.

Cause: The Company.Email address field is mapped on template which causing error. Also we found that Company.Email address not exists in production.

Correction: We have removed Company.Email address from pre-production. Now preview is working fine.

Able to preview HTML document.

Refer screen capture. So, marking jira done.
