Cancelled documents to be shown on DMS.
User can cancel a document that is sent to a user.
Candidate can come to DMS through clicking the link shared in email. The cancelled document should be shown along with other documents in the review & Sign page.
For Cancelled document, a greyed out button with text "Cancelled" should be displayed in place of "Review and Sign" button.
Let it be reviewed by Robert Malony and Patrick Phillips.

Hi,
Completed Development and Testing for DMS-1854.
Cancelled status will get displayed for Cancelled and Archived Documents.
The button is not clickable. As per the requirement added a grey background.

There are App-level changes in this PR. So the Pre-Prod endpoint is of no use for testing. I have updated the latest code in PR.
