1.Login with admin
2.create PDF/HTML doc template
3.Drag and drop the document
4.Observed document is opening

Expected : On drag and drop document should not open

We have verified this in preprod environment and found working fine,

1.Login with admin
2.create PDF/HTML doc template
3.Drag and drop the document
4.Document is uploaded
