      Description

      1) Open the dashboard (http://172.16.196.4:92/Dashboard)
      2) Observe that As mentioned in below functionality, Forms Library/Template Library Url should be - http://172.16.196.4:90/formsLibrary.
      3)When we click on template library in tile, http://172.16.196.4:90/formsLibrary should be there, now its showing blank.
      According to functionality Url is matching.
      URL you have mentioned is of completed / send forms library.
