Completed/send Forms Library -> Column names for Active and Archived documents are not matching to actual requirement

      Description

      Replication steps :

      1) Open completed/send forms library URL
      2) Observe the Column names for Active and Archived document are not matching to specified requirement.
      3) Also there is discrepancy in column position.

      Attached is the screen-capture from DMS-5 and existing URL.
      PFA -

      Expected Result - Column names and position of active document and archived document should match as per specified requirement.

            For making the same columns I need to understand the  response from the API which we are using:

            Like currently we are getting following response-

            Example of a response from API

            1. documenttemplateid: 35
            2. id: 12
            3. ownerEmail: "DMS@DMS.Com"
            4. reciverName: null
            5. sendDate: "2018-11-26T16:47:42"
            6. senderName: "DMSUserFirstname DMSLastname"

            Can you explain as to which columns i need to match the values.

            The API needs to be updated, It should include Person ID for displaying the receiver email.

            Column name in grid Api Response - key
            Document Name  templateName
            Sent Date sendDate
            Sender senderName
            Receiver reciverName
            Receiver Email ownerEmail
            Signed signed
            Status status 

            Note - status is hardcoded as 'initial' for now
