Hi Samir,

Concern: Katie Hathway and Kristine Mcdonald users getting error on template page access.

Cause: In DMS, user Kristine Mcdonald has been deleted on '04/17/2019' and login has been disabled. Hence for her link "User cant be verified" message is shown.
For Katie Hathway, there are two user logins out of which one is deleted on '04/17/2019' and other is active. In case if she is accessing the link with deleted user account, she will get above message. To check the permissions for her other user login, we need AccountDID details.

Correction: With active user logins, user can access the links successfully.

As per current implementation we only have DELETE user API. To avoid such scenarios & back-end data correction , need new API to re-activate user again & update company rights for user. So company access can be added / removed.
