      Description

      IE/EDGE - Paperless International- Online form from To DO List, is showing blank on IE while for all other browsers its working.

       

      Fill Out online form is not working for IE/Edge, It's showing a blank page, while for other browsers it's working fine.

      Browser: IE/Edge

      Steps :

      1. Create a Release which contains International package
      1. Login as a candidate and access candidate invitation
      1. Fill all details and authorized he form
      1. Fill details for International Form
      1. Submit the form and navigate to Dashboard
      1. Click on Fill out form online from To-Do list- Check it's showing a blank page

          Hi All,

          Awaiting from CBES time to verify and reproduce this case at their side.

          Currently verified the iframe html and its working fine from DMS side in IE 11 browser.

          Hi All,

          This issue is not reproducible in CBES side due to one open bug reported from CBES side.

          Once this bug is fixed, then we can reproduce the issue and provide a fix from our side.

          Hi All

          I checked this issue and found that It is working on all browsers except Microsoft Edge. And then I tried to find out why so I found like Microsoft Edge does not support HTML5 iframes. 

          Still finding the solution for this

          Hi All,

          I tried to check the HTML /PDF review in iframe in DMS side and its working for IE11 and Edge.
          Attached is the screenshot for the IE11/Edge browser.

          For CBES Integrations, I am currently unable to replicate the process due to bug occurring from CBES side.

          An error of 500 is coming in following API form CBES side:
          https://cbes-tasks-api-test.awstst.careerbuilderscreening.com/api/Tasks/Document

          Attached is the screenshot for the bug from CBES side.

          Following is the analysis found during cross-verification of this issue.

          When we are NOT connected to any VPN and accessing the site on Edge with recent versions - DMS is opening in iFrame and the issue is not replicated.

          List of Edge versions used to testing:

           

          Edge on Windows 10 40.15063
          Edge on Windows 10 41.16299.15
          Edge on Windows 10 42.17134
          Edge on Windows 10 44.18362.1.0

           

          Attached is the screenshots for these version to check for reference.

          As this issue is only replicating in our CB configured Windows system, I have raised a request for Helpdesk to look into this case, as with our current analysis we are assuming that there must be some security policy at CB level (VPN, Firewall) which is restricting this access of DMS into CBES iFrame.
