      Environment: Prod
      Login: Admin
      File Type: PDF, TEXT and HTML
      Browser: IE

      Issues:
      1. For All file types, Name and Description is already filled
      2. After editing template unable to create template
      3. After Edit and updating fields all previous manage permissions settings get disappeared
