CBAT Not receiving emails on "3two3two@gmail.com"

      Description

      I have created a new candidate with an email address 3two3two@gmail.com & tried to send adhoc documents five times.

      I am not receiving emails.

            Please look into this. As per shamooka emails are not getting delivered to respective email address.

            Shamooka Mohapatra, I see record for two emails being sent from system, and SendGrid has notified back with 'Delivered' event, which means it should have reached user's inbox. Can you please check spam folder if it landed there?

            And is it happening for only this email address, or for other's as well?

            Hi Shamooka Mohapatra, we are observing some of the emails sent from communication service itself are ending up in Spam folder. We are investigating this issue. Separate ticket for this issue is there DMS-1963
