- The confirmation email I receive as a candidate after signing a document isn't pulling in my first name (it says "Hi First Name"). Also, it doesn't make sense that the "First Name" is hyperlinked as a "mailto" since the candidate won't need to email themselves.
- The image that the email pulls in above the link to view the signed document is misleading. It seems like it should be a thumbnail/preview of my document, but it's not. I would suggest just removing this image if it's not going to show a thumbnail/preview of my document.
Below are issue details.
Concern: Candidate data not populating into email.
Cause: DMS replace email tags run time with candidate details. There issue in tags due to that values are not replacing.
Correction: We have corrected DMS email templates for cbta client. Now scanning for other clients.

- This is an actual thumb nail image of document (not for gmail only)
- In case of gmail only DMS passing dummy thumb nail image (common image)

There is only configuration changes done , no code changes are done. These email configuration changes are done on production. Below details are already updated into BETA-834.
