• The confirmation email I receive as a candidate after signing a document isn't pulling in my first name (it says "Hi First Name"). Also, it doesn't make sense that the "First Name" is hyperlinked as a "mailto" since the candidate won't need to email themselves.

• The image that the email pulls in above the link to view the signed document is misleading. It seems like it should be a thumbnail/preview of my document, but it's not. I would suggest just removing this image if it's not going to show a thumbnail/preview of my document.
