We have verified this functionality and found below issues:

• Non- mapped fields are displaying while creating document
  
• After click on create button, we are getting below error
  
• If we click on create button again, we are getting below error but document is creating
  
• Send form- admin is able to send document and also able to update as per configuration
  
• Candidate is receiving email, after click on review and sign, no data is displaying on the form even we have given edit rights
  
• Candidate signature is not editable
  
• Click on submit, form is getting submitted successfully

Two new issues are found during testing:

1. Signature is appearing automatically at the creation of a new document template.

2. Candidate data is not appearing in PDF, after receiving the signed document in the mail link.

These issues are not related to this one. And as we discussed in the call, I didn't find any issue. Also, getting the complete data after signing and receiving the document in the mail.

So please check it thoroughly and create a new bug if you still find these issues. And close this ticket.
