Description:
FMCSA dot forms should be allowed E-Signature, while this feature is missing with current form,

Steps:
Login as a candidate and complete the release for international order
Navigate to Dashboard and Check FMCSA dot form.
Click on Online form, check - E-signature is not available

Nishant.Kondapaneni, For signature field, field's id should contain string 'signature' for that to be recognized as a signature field. Can you please make modification in template and redo the mapping.
