In Review and Sign after the form is being submitted, an event needs to be send to CBES side, so that they can redirect the page after click of OK button.
Currently, on click of OK button page is not redirected and candidate stays in the same page.
Acceptance Criteria
1. An event needs to be sent on click of OK button after the candidate submits the forms.
Entry Criteria
1. After submit the popup modals comes, which have Ok button. On click of OK an event needs to be triggered.
Exit Criteria
1. When CBES checks for this event, they will redirect to the page which they require.

We have verified this and found event is triggering after user click on OK button on pop-up.
Steps:
Env: Preprod
Login with CBuser
Create any form
Send Form to user
Login with Receiver
Click on Link from the received mail
Click on Review and Submit
Click on Submit
Pop-up is display
CLick on F12 and select console
Now click on OK on the pop-up
Observe that {action: "review-sign-ok", status: "success", message: "", data: {…}} **is display
