This is not working again for multiple documents . 

There have gone multiple fixes for templates, haven't observed this error for long time, can you please validate if for any other template you get this error?

Prateek, This was issue with specific data for CBES template. To verify functionality, you can generate new document and check if that document is loading successfully using link sent in email.

The issue is tested & working fine on Prod.

Created the new template & also used the old one, both are loading successfully when clicked from the URL received in the mail.

Company: CBES

New Template: PDF_21Apr

Old Template: CB Offer Letter

Steps:

1. Created a new pdf template.
2. Mailed the template from the Send Forms.
3. An URL has received in the email.
4. Click the URL, the user profile will open.
5. Click on the Review & Sign button of the New PDF document.
6. The document is opening successfully.
7. Now, select any old template & send it to the user from Send Forms.
8. Click the URL received in the mail.
9. Open the document by clicking the Review & Sign button of the document.
10. The document is loading successfully.
