Overall:
CBAT requires the option to create super-admin user in DMS which has the privilege to check the data(template-library) of all users of the same company.
Point mentioned by Patrick Phillips:
Who has access to see templates? If I create a template, how do I control the permissions? My release notes state that users can view all templates within the Template Library that have been created by the logged in User or others (with correct permissions); what "permissions" would that be (besides the user permissions in the ATS)? I am finding Super Admins on the account cannot view all documents within the Template Library, and I did not see any settings on the template itself where you can mark it as "private" or "public".
As we have a sa user in DMS side which has the super-admin privilege, the same user type needs to be created for some of CBAT users.
CBAT on its side has 2 types of user: normal and super admin users. The super-admins in CBAT can see all the details of normal users. They want the same scenario for DMS side.
