Since this is the new feature so we require you approval on this.

For this change we have added 1 flag value to the exposed api /users  which will have a value of 68 for user type for super admin.

Shamooka Mohapatra, you can proceed with the api by passing a value of 68 to user type with and check its integration from the CBAT side as changes are done from DMS side.

As per discussion with Shamooka Mohapatra, CBAT required an API to update the user data as well.

We already have one API on DMS side to update the user:

A new parameter needs to be added in this API to change the usertype.

For New users, the API /users will use the usertype 68 to be set as an Admin user. So CBAT teams need to pass userType 68 when they are calling this API.

For updating existing user we have separate ticket DMS-2129. And I have added support to set userType in update user API also. Now whatever CBAT will pass in update user API, it will set that value.

I think we can close this ticket now. And pending things will verify in DMS-2129.
