The client reports an issue with Verbiage for DMS Template not displaying. We were able to see the issue occurring since we were on a video call with the client at the time, but we are unable to reproduce the issue on our end.

I tried it several times at our end but I'm not able to reproduce it, neither on DMS side nor on CBAT side. I'm not getting any way to solve this.
