      Description

      Here is a different issue from D&H. I am trying to get Karyn to send this in to Support… and also to not CC you on all of her messages.

      It looks like the candidate registered through DMS, but she is unable to get in and access the documents. Screenshot and original candidate message are below.

          Yes, I checked it many times, here it is working fine. It may be due to already registered.

          Is it possible to suppress a user or clear the registration from the DMS database?  I've gone through five different email accounts so far and all of them are the same.  It's possible I ended up using each while testing.  I can try to create a new test email account, but it is going to be a big pain if we have to do that every time we need to test something like this.  It'd be very nice if there is a way to reset this for those of us in support.

          Just created a new gmail account and modified an existing test user to point to it instead.  Ran user through the workflow, but the email came in with the token again rather than the user name and pw.

          What identifiers does DMS use for their accounts?  Do they only look at the email addresses, or do they also look at the user/candidate id from the ATS?

          If it only looks at emails, the last test should have worked, but if it considers ATS ids then I'll need to create yet another test email account and then create another test candidate.

          Hi Doug.Taylor,

          This is not the email in which you get your credentials. Once you click on this link, it will land you on the DMS portal and there it will prompt for the registration. Once you will register your self then you will get another email along with the username and password. Like this one

           

          Please try this and let me know.

           

          Also, we can not reset your account, but we can change the registered email ids. So just let me know your email Ids, I'll change them and then you can register again with that email id.
