As discussed with Shamooka Mohapatra we are getting these things in the document mappings. But still have some queries.

1. What if we have not mapped these fields during creation of a document template?
2. What if we have mapped but the mapping permission is not required. In this case, the admin can skip these fields

Also, when the admin fills this information, we save this data along with the document data. We are not saving it in particular columns in DB. So whenever we need to show this data we have to parse the document data first and then need to extract this information and this will become more complex.

Please give me your suggestions.

Narendra Kumar Shamooka Mohapatra we are talking about a document that a candidate has to sign; isn't that supposed to be tied to an assignment in CBAT? How can a candidate understand what are the documents related to?

If it is possible to get a candidate to sign a document outside an assignment (maybe adhoc), then at least the name of the company that sent it should be cited.

Implemented the changes as per new requirements. 

The text will appear like this "Patrick DMS test for the application on Accountant in Chicago, Illinois on 03/06/2020" only if we have the requisition details otherwise it will reflect in the older way.
