Change API : User/GetPersonInfo

      Description

      We need to change the API: User/GetPersonInfo

      https://dmsapistage.workterra.net/api/User/GetPersonInfo/53

      Because right now we are getting the data based on personId, But If the candidate is mapped with multiple companies then personId will be different for all the companies.

      So we need to provide support to get person info based on CompanyID and UserId
