For CBAT to start using Stage site, only URL need to change.

DMS Stage site UI URL should be updated to: https://dmsstage.workterra.net/

And APIs for Stage are behind OneIAM, so API URL will point to Stage OneIAM URLs: https://wwwtest.api.careerbuilder.com/corporate/dms/api/

Rest of the configurations will be same as currently for production for UI and API integration.
