I got this issue. This is something related to PDF parsing. 

Harshveer Singh, Please have a look at the attached PDF files. When I'm trying to create a document template using any one of the PDF files, getting this error:

This is saying: Uploaded pdf contains spaces or special characters. Please upload valid PDF.

Please check this on priority.

Shamooka Mohapatra , Samir , Narendra Kumar , Amrendra Kumar PDF has form fields with which space in them, we don't support field names with whitespaces in it. PDF needs to be updated to correct form field names.

Shamooka Mohapatra Narendra Kumar - I tested on cbinternalbeta by uploading a couple of templates and got the following error in the console - 

dmsapi.workterra.net/api/documenttemplate/GetPDFAttributes/DMS_OfferLetter_BETA%20test_1583878513784.pdf:1 GET https://dmsapi.workterra.net/api/documenttemplate/GetPDFAttributes/DMS_OfferLetter_BETA%20test_1583878513784.pdf 400

 I didn't get any explicit error message about spaces in the PDF form fields. Can you review the issue and update the bug?

Narendra Kumar As part of this, lets show error returned by API in popup in UI.

Also we will document what should be format of form field names, which characters are not allowed.

I have verified it on production. Now showing the error message on UI and for the other part we have to remove the white spaces or any special symbol from the field's name.
