DMS Not Letting Me Create New Form

      Description: Whenever I try to add a PDF file to an Offer letter or Adhoc document within any ATS system It appears to load and then just disappears. I have tested this across multiple systems and it seems to be happening in all of them.               Performed testing and found the bug. I also found the root cause of this issue. This will be handle from the backend side so assigning this to Harshveer
