Create the image URL from base64 string in the email template

As web email clients do not support the encoded base64 string image so we need the image URL there instead of base64 string.

At the time of saving the email template, we have to fetch all the image base64 strings and will generate the image in the FTP server and then base64 strings in the email template will be replaced by the URL of that image.
