ATS Super Admins are not able to see all DMS documents that are uploaded. It was my understanding that when the user is listed as an admin on the DMS side, they would be able to see all uploaded documents regardless of which user uploaded them. Based on a list of admins that I was given two weeks ago, this user and other super admins were marked as admins on the DMS side.
Let me know if you need any additional information.
I have updated the below users as super admin.
But I didn’t find these two users in DMS

Thank you, Narendra Kumar. I think for the time being the users that you were able to mark as super admins should be fine. If they bring up the other users at a later time, I think we can address it then. Our main concern was Joy, jwhyde@AVIFoodsystems.com, as she was the user reporting the issue.
