DMS migration to AWS for CBAT

Tasks for migrating DMS into AWS.

1. Create two S3 Buckets, one for Private and one for Public files.(DevOps)
2. Create MySQL Database.(DevOps)
3. Create jenkins build and deployment pipelines.(DevOps)
4. Setup RoseGold pipeline in AWS.(DevOps)
5. Migrate Database Schema and Data.
6. Migrate Files to S3 buckets.
7. Update Angular configuration file to point to new API URL.
8. PDF Service URL Update if migrating it to AWS env.
9. Crate environment variables in parameter store and also update API settings file for any needed configuration.
10. Implementation to trigger scheduler in AWS env.
