A user to be notified that a text message did not go through due to an invalid phone number.
Entry:
*User sends text message.
Acceptance Criteria:
*IF I send a text to an invalid phone number, I am notified that the text did not go through (either via pop-up immediately or through email).
*IF I send a text to an invalid phone number, this is also reflected in the communication history that it did not go through, and reasoning.
Exit:
*User gets notification that the text did not go through due to an invalid phone number.
Prerequisites:
*User is a current user of DMS or consuming application.
