For our DMS call, it sounds like we have several outstanding bugs that have been going on for some time.  I also noticed a couple while doing my demo today.

3. What are custom email templates for?  Can they be tied to things?

6. Why do we have the copy and paste the link as the default?  I have never seen any other email or system do something like this.
