Description: Whenever I try to add a PDF file to an Offer letter or Adhoc document within any ATS system It appears to load and then just disappears. I have tested this across multiple systems and it seems to be happening in all of them. Here issue is that in completion email UserName is placeholder is used, but candidate might not have User record created. So the exception is coming. I have made code changes to handle this exception, but email template also needs to be updated.
