The candidate is not able to “submit” signed forms: the system cannot save data for PDF: (regardless of the forms, tested several ones)
o Would it be because the administration of DMS is set with “UK” for the country? Can someone look into that ASAP?

This is working fine as Expected, Candidate is able to submit "Signed" document. Attaching screenshot for reference.
