      Description

      The DMS document field "title" is defaulting to "View Only" for the access setup for the candidate (EndUser).
      the client is trying to set it up to "Required" and it always gets back to "View Only", please check and make sure this field can be set to "Required"

      see the screenshot for example. but it has the same behavior for all form with the field "Title"
      ( I already check the form itself, the PDF field is not set to view only)
