Description

When you access the CBAT iframe in the toolbox to edit or create a document template, a typo is found in the checkbox to set an expiration date:

it should read "Does this form require an expiration date?" and not "Does this form required an expiration date?"

Reported issue has been verified, "Typo Error" is fixed and displaying fine at our end.
