Overview:
Ability for user to send push notifications from within the portal.

Entry:

• User navigates to send push notification.
• User creates / finds push notification to send.
• User sends push notification.

Acceptance Criteria:

• IF I am a user, I am able to create and send push notifications that end users that have opted in can see.
• IF I am a user, I am able to see the history of the push notification communication to end users.

Exit:
*Push notification sent / history captured.

Prerequisites:
*User can create and send push notifications.
