Client reported that multiple users are getting an error when attempting access Forms tab on the Requisition Form.
For example: One of their Super Admin Peter Prassas (https://boss.careerbuilder.com/Axiom/User/BecomeUser.aspx?HHTVUser_DID=U3326Y5YH5BQ41818HZ) is getting an error when attempting to access Requisition Form > Forms tab.
System error
DMS API Error: please try again later or contact the CBAT support team if the error persists.
When we attempt to go to Toolbox > Document Templates. We get another error:
Unauthorized Access
You do not have access to this page and content on it.
As per the DMS team, the issue is due to their multiple users not not being associated with the account DID
Please let me know if need any additional information.
