DMS - activation in CBAT automatically triggers welcome emails to ALL CBAT users.

      Description

      when DMS was activated, ALL CBAT users received a Welcome email asking them to register within 2 days - Implementation was not aware of this. can we have additional info on this and knowing options. = needs to be updated on the DMS side.

          Is this ready for deployment to ALL DMS/CBAT clients? 

          if not can it be deployed to voyage-care and ccsgroup, please?
