Overview:
Allow DMS users ability to access a completed / sent forms library in which they are able to see any forms that are pending / completed.

Entry:

• User enters DMS platform via link or consuming application.
• User clicks on area for 'Completed / Sent Forms Library'

Acceptance Criteria:
*IF I am logged into the DMS platform and clicked on 'Completed / Sent Forms Library', I am led to all forms that are pending or completed that I am allowed to see.
*IF I am in the Completed / Sent Forms Library, I have the ability to search the library by keyword to find a document.
*IF I am in the Completed / Sent Forms Library, I am able to see the following columns at a glance: Form Name, Creator/Sender, Creation Date, Open (if document has been opened), Partially Complete (started the process but haven't finished), Signed (Complete), Download (action), Delete (https://jira.workterra.net/projects/DMS/issues/DMS-25?filter=allissues).
*IF I am in the Completed / Sent Forms Library, I have the ability to download a completed document to my desktop.
*IF I am in the Completed / Sent Forms Library, I have the ability to delete a completed document if I am an admin.

Exit:
*DMS user exits the DMS platform.

Prerequisites:
*User is a current user of CBAT, CBES, or WT OR has stand alone link to log in.
*User knows how to access portal either by link or within CB application.
